Event Details
Join Professor Emeritus, writer, and poet R.H. Nicholson for a look at powerful and important
poetry by and for those who have traditionally been overlooked or left out, including work by
women, Black poets, Indigenous poets, voices from the LGBTQ community, the Jewish culture,
and more. This lecture will include work by Maya Angelou, Langston Hughes, Slyvia Plath, Shel
Silverstein, Sappho, and many others.
