Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this class offers a gentle way to improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation, all while seated in a chair. We meet twice a month in a friendly environment where you can enjoy the benefits of yoga without needing to get down on a mat. You'll also have the opportunity to meet new people and be part of a supportive community.
